Popplio Final Evo

Since gamefreak is VERY unpredictable with their evolution designs in recent times, i mean, look at delfox and samurott, i decided not to destroy my brain with crazy ideas and went with a more “something-you-wourl-expect kind of design”  

 and with poplio i made it look like an adult male sea lion, since they are big, it will float in some of the bubbles it makes.
