does anyone know how to get one. i really need one. with good IVs, timid nature and trace as it ability. with hyper voice off course. i am willing to give either my shiny palkia, dialga or giratina for it.

i just want to let you know that i really havent got the time or space to be able to work on some digital art. i, however have been doing many traditonal illustrations and comic pages. so as soon as i get some god pics of them, i will let you guys see what i have being up to. and to the new followers, thank you very much!! i will soon upload some new works!
